Messiah has always looked to the future, searching for ways to serve, seeking guidance in furthering the kingdom of God. Established in 1957 as a new church start through the efforts of its parent church, Trinity Lutheran, Messiah grew under the blessing of God, and as well, parented a new church start in Felida, Family of Christ Lutheran. God through His continued blessing, has again created in us a vision for establishing evangelism and outreach ministries to an underserved area of North Clark County, from Salmon Creek to Woodland. Many new ministries have resulted and many people touched in the opening of this site, located at the Ridgefield junction of Interstate 5.
